										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Lækre saftige grillede majskolber, smurt med en umamifyldt misosmør! Et perfekt tilbehør sommerens grillaften! Det er let at lave og smager hamrende godt! Både til den kødfyldte grillmenu, men også som supplement til sommerens vidunderlige grøntsager!</p>
<h2>Grillede majskolber – En evig sommerfavorit!</h2>
<p>Når sommeren kommer og varmen sniger sig på, er der en ting der er stensikkert! Det er grillsæson! Og med grillsæson kommer også grillede majs! Muligvis min absolut favoritting nogensinde at komme på en grill! Majs er bare et kæmpe hit på i min bog! Bevares, en lille grillpølse eller spareribs er heller ikke noget jeg siger nej tak til, og slet ikke at forglemme asparges! Men majs er nok det, jeg gennem tiden har spist mest af fra en grill.</p>
<p>Jeg synes at en majskolbe skal være tilberedt inden man smider dem på grillen. Det får den rigtige smag frem i majskolben. Om du fugter din majskolbe med skrællen på og så smider dem på grillen og lader dem tilberede på den måde, eller om du lige koger dem hurtigt i en gryde, er lidt ligemeget. Så længe du lige giver dem lidt tilberedning først. På den måde kan du sikre dig at din tilberedning på grillen, kun handler om at skabe den helt igennem fantastiske grillsmag i dine majskolber.</p>
<p>Majskolber smager helt sikkert bedst, når de er smurt ind i noget. Jeg har altid haft en favorit i at smøre dem ind i barberquesauce inden jeg grillede dem. Men ellers er smør også en favorit! og nok også klassikeren. Denne her opskrift har smøren fået et twist. Der er miso, Sriracha og citron i.</p>
<h2>Hvad er miso?</h2>
<p>Miso stammer fra japan og er lavet af fermenterede sojabønner. Det bliver brugt hyppigt i det japanske køkken, og nogen vil måske kende misosuppen, der for nogle år siden gjorde sit indtog i danmark. Miso har en dyb (oftest saltet) umamismag. Du kan få forskellige udgaver af miso, som eksempelvis lys og mørk miso.  Jeg bruger oftest miso som smagsgiver i mine retter. Hvis en ret mangler lidt dybde, hvilket tit kan være tilfældet i vegetariske retter.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Lækker og cremet sommerlig majsrisotto lavet på en hjemmelavet fond af majs og til sidst vendt med grillede majs. Den er smagfuld og ret skøn risotto. Og så passer den perfekt til et glas køligt hvidvin.</p>
<h2>Majsrisotto – Smagen af risotto, majs og sommer!</h2>
<p>Ideen til denne opskrift kom egentligt til mig da jeg spiste mine <a href="https://trollemad.dk/taco-carne-asada-tortillas-med-marineret-oksekoed-grillet-majs-og-salsa/">Tacos med marineret oksekød og grillede majs</a>. De smagte sgu ret henrivende, og kom til at tænke på den amerikanske ret Grits, der er en slags majsgrød. Derefter røg tanken over på risotto, og hvor godt det ville smage sammen. Og det synes jeg bestemt at det gør. Den her ret kan helt sikkert laves med friske majs. Tænker faktisk at hvis man griller hele friske majs, kan man lave fonden på selve kolben til at lave fonden på.</p>
<p>Jeg havde dog ingen friske majs, og da denne opskrift er lavet i maj måned, er det alligevel ikke sæson for majs. Så jeg brugte majs fra frost. Og det smager stadig godt! Bevares friske majs er bedre, men dem fra frost kan også bruges. Især i en ret som denne, hvor smagende let kan justeres og tilpasses.</p>
<p>Det kræver heller ikke meget at lave en fond som denne, men det giver så meget mere smag af majs i din risotto, plus at den får en dyb gullig orange farve, der virkelig er flot at se på.</p>
<p>Husk dog på at justere smagende! Majs er meget søde, og retten kan hurtig blive for sød. Men hvis du husker at smage til med salt, parmesan og citron. Så kan du justere det søde indtryk. Her er det også vigtigt at bruge de grillede majs, som står i opskriften, da smagen af røg, er et helt fantastisk modstykke til sødme.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Skønne bløde hvede tacos med grillet oksekød, der har været marineret i 24 timer, grillede majs og en smagfuld salsa. Taco Carne Asada er absolut et hit. Og selvom det tager lang tid at lave, er det helt ekstremt meget det hele værd.</p>
<h2>Taco carne asada – En mundfuld med smæk på smagen!</h2>
<p>Jeg er så utrolig glad for, hvordan det mexicanske køkken er begyndt at fylde mere i det kulinariske billede i danmark. Fordi det virkeligt et lækkert og fantastisk køkken, der alt for ofte bliver begrænset til nachos og santa maria krydderiblandinger. Men det mexicanske køkken kan så meget mere. Især tacos. Jeg elsker soft shell tacos, de små bløde tortillas du kan fylde med lige det du har lyst til.</p>
<p>Jeg købte for et par år siden en taco presse. Et heftigt jernaggregat, der kan bruges til at presse tortillas i løbet af ingen tid, så du får små, helt runde og tynde bløde tacos. Det er køkkenlir som de færreste nok gider bruge penge på, men jeg er virkelig glad for mit. Det sagt, kan du selvfølgelig godt lave dine taco, uden en taco presse. Du skal bare bruge en kagerulle eller rullepind.</p>
<p>Denne opskrift er på hvede tacos. Normalt er Tortillas lavet af en speciel majsmel kaldet ‘masa harina’. Den er en smule svær at få fat i, og koster også en del. Desuden var der ristede majs i opskriften, hvilket giver en lækker smag af majs til retten.</p>
<p>Kødet i opskriften er marineret i et døgn. Masser af krydderier og citrus skal der til. Og jeg kan love for at smagen sparkede røv. Syren, sødmen og kicket fra chili gør at den får den lækreste stegeskorpe. Og samtidig hjælper det kødet med at blive mørt og saftigt. Jeg brugte en flanksteak, da det kan steget hurtigt, ved høj varme. Det er også mørt kød, der ikke kræver meget af dine tænder, for at bide det over når du spiser din taco.</p>
